Kvarnholmen (JM)
	At the island of Kvarnholmen, in the very center of Stockholm, JM is developing in cooperation with KF Fastigheter over 2000 apartments and over 300000 sqm of commercial space. The island has a rich industrial and architectural heritage and is being transformed over a period of 10 years into a new and lively part of Stockholm. The total investments are estimated to amount around 600 Million Euro. JM has chosen to develop the first phase of Kvarnholmen, Kajhusen, using Building Information Modelling including cost estimations using Tocoman iLink.

Kristianstad Arena (NCC)
	The new multi-arena in Kristianstad in the south of Sweden is planned to be used for many different types of events and activities. This requires a project development process that ensures such flexible use without jeopardizing the development budget of approximately 33 million Euro. The answer was Building Information Modeling (BIM) to ensure full insight in the arenas specifications and costs along the whole process. The client, Specialfastigheter i Kristianstad AB, required the use of BIM from the various designers, but also from the contractors during the tendering and construction phase.
